Bob is an innovative problem solver and, as CEO of Mindseye, is responsible for the vision and leadership of the company. Over the past 12 years, he has played a key role in helping organizations address their growing concerns related to information. Bob has experience in all aspects of information discovery and, serving in both sales and consulting roles, he has assisted companies in cases ranging from bet-the-company antitrust litigation and SEC investigations to internal and employment suits. He provides clients with innovative ways of establishing workflows, maximizing technology investments, and minimizing data volume by focusing on finding the key information that drives decisions that matter. In 2008, Bob co-founded Mindseye with two colleagues to create a technology company that provides companies with solutions to address growing data volumes by connecting the people who have knowledge with the information needed to make effective decisions. Under Bob’s leadership, Mindseye has seen steady growth and is poised to change how companies view and manage their information.
Bob has a Bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Maryland at College Park, where he started on the offensive line for the University of Maryland Terrapins, an amazing experience that he credits with teaching him a lot about the importance of team goals, hard work, and competitiveness.
Elliot brings over ten years of experience in managing the development and delivery of software and services within the legal industry and has played a vital role in building applications in support of many of the world’s largest corporations and law firms. Elliot serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Mindseye, he is the principle architect of the Mindseye Discovery Platform and is responsible for the overall technology vision and strategy for the company.
Elliot has assisted in building customized solutions to support organizations in streamlining their discovery efforts through advanced processing, attorney review, backup tape handling, and custom solutions leveraged within industry leading review platforms. Prior to founding Mindseye Solutions, Elliot held senior technology positions at Onsite a premier electronic discovery managed services provider as well as Williams & Connolly LLP one of the premier law firms in the United States. Elliot holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the George Washington University, as well as numerous industry certifications.
David brings over ten years of operational and project management experience to Mindseye and is highly experienced in the eDiscovery lifecycle where he has developed and implemented standard operating procedures and highly efficient workflows. David serves as Vice President of Client Services at Mindseye where he assists clients in support and training around the Mindseye Discovery Platform and incorporating client feedback into future development design and implementation.
Prior to founding Mindseye Solutions, David maintained senior level and management roles in project management, consulting, and operations for several eDiscovery service providers. Through this experience David had hands on experience with many of the available technologies in the eDiscovery industry and leveraged this knowledge to assist organizations through project management by developing streamlined processes and documented standard operating procedures to manage costs and ensure a defensible process. David has experience in supporting clients from the Fortune 50, many of the nation’s premier law firms, and several eDiscovery services companies delivering creative solutions to complex issues. David holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnical Institute as well as several industry software certifications.
Bill brings more than 25 years of financial and operational experience with high growth and technologies companies to Mindseye, and will serve as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the financial, administrative, and human resource operations of the organization. His significant financial background includes broad experience with mergers and acquisitions, commercial banking, private financings, and turn-around situations that spans both the public and private sectors.
Most recently Bill served as Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Operating Officer of the private equity-backed OnSite, acquired by Integreon where he served as a senior vice president. Truchan helped drive double-digit revenue growth at OnSite, while directing the launch of Electronic Evidence Labs and the development of the proprietary hosting platform eView. Prior to OnSite, he fostered significant growth at Ikon, where he participated in more than 250 domestic and international acquisitions in the copier and litigation support space before serving as Chief Financial Officer of the company’s largest region. Truchan holds a BBA in accounting from Temple University and is a certified public accountant.

Since joining Mindseye, Jeff has helped the team design and launch Mindseye’s appliance and mobile offerings and established key technology partnerships. Before joining Mindseye, Jeff held several leadership roles at OnSite (acquired by Integreon), where he founded the Electronic Evidence Labs forensics division – helping it grow to over $7 million in annual revenues – and acted as a testifying expert in electronic discovery and computer forensics.
Jeff is on the Board of Governors for the Organization of Legal Professionals (OLP) and is an active member in the Sedona Conference and AIIM. He frequently speaks on innovations and obstacles facing corporations and law firms today. He has developed classes approved by the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) boards in the states of California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia and has trained hundreds of attorneys in the technical aspects of digital forensics and electronic discovery. Jeff is co-founder of the EDD Blog Online, one of the electronic discovery industry’s premier resources for news and related content, with over 4,000 articles to date, and co-author of Focused Discovery: Perspectives on the Future of eDiscovery and Information Governance.
When he’s not working, he enjoys running marathons and mud runs, all things music and technology, traveling, and most of all spending time with his wife and young twins.
