Bob Krantz
Chief Executive Officer
Bob brings over ten years of experience in electronic evidence and discovery solutions to Mindseye Solutions, with hands-on knowledge of the entire discovery lifecycle and a specialty in delivering simplified, defensible solutions around complex business problems through consulting and delivery of next generation technologies. Bob is responsible for the overall management of Mindseye Solutions with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
Bob has assisted numerous organizations with cost reduction strategies, identification of efficient technologies, data minimization techniques, and electronic discovery workflow best practices. His relevant experience covers practice areas in Anti-trust, Insider Trading, SEC Investigations, Insurance Fraud, Second Requests, Intellectual Property Litigation, Freedom of Information Act requests, and many other areas. Prior to founding Mindseye Solutions, Bob served as an ESI Consultant for Onsite a premier electronic discovery managed services provider. Prior to his role as ESI Consultant, Krantz served as a Senior Account Executive at Onsite where he achieved over $18 million in sales over a four year period and was consistently ranked as top sales professional. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Elliot Nierman
Chief Technology Officer
Elliot brings over ten years of experience in managing the development and delivery of software and services within the legal industry and has played a vital role in building applications in support of many of the world’s largest corporations and law firms. Elliot serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Mindseye, he is the principle architect of TunnelVision and is responsible for the overall technology vision and strategy for the company.
Elliot has assisted in building customized solutions to support organizations in streamlining their discovery efforts through advanced processing, attorney review, backup tape handling, and custom solutions leveraged within industry leading review platforms. Prior to founding Mindseye Solutions, Elliot held senior technology positions at Onsite a premier electronic discovery managed services provider as well as Williams & Connolly LLP one of the premier law firms in the United States. Elliot holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the George Washington University, as well as numerous industry certifications.
David Shedd
Chief Operating Officer
David brings over ten years of operational and project management experience to Mindseye Solutions and is highly experienced in the ediscovery lifecycle where he has developed and implemented standard operating procedures and highly efficient workflows. David serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Relations at Mindseye where he assists clients in support and training around the TunnelVision platform and incorporating client feedback into future development design and implementation.
Prior to founding Mindseye Solutions David maintained senior level and management roles in project management, consulting, and operations for several ediscovery service providers. Through this experience David had hands on experience with many of the available technologies in the ediscovery industry and leveraged this knowledge to assist organizations through project management by developing streamlined processes and documented standard operating procedures to manage costs and ensure a defensible process. David has experience in supporting clients from the Fortune 50, many of the nation’s premier law firms, and several ediscovery services companies delivering creative solutions to complex issues. David holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnical Institute as well as several industry software certifications.
