Mindseye maintains the following general support hours:

  • 9am to 9pm Monday – Friday (Eastern Standard Time)

Mindseye does recognize that there may be scenarios where support issues may arise outside of the normal support hours.  As a result there are support technicians on call to support any technical issues that might arise outside of our general support hours to assist.
